This week, I had the honor of speaking at EY’s Strategic Growth Forum in San Francisco, CA to an audience of Winning Women Entrepreneurs, an extraordinary group of trailblazing leaders driving innovation and growth in their businesses. It was a privilege to discuss how AI is transforming the startup landscape and to host an interactive AI Masterclass focused on practical, hands-on applications.

During the session, we explored how startups can harness AI to accelerate growth, enhance decision-making, and uncover new opportunities. From automating repetitive tasks to gaining actionable insights through data analysis, AI equips entrepreneurs with tools to operate more efficiently and make informed strategic moves.

A highlight of the event was the AI Masterclass, where attendees participated in a hands-on activity using generative AI to conceptualize and create a new product. The energy in the room was electric as these entrepreneurs collaborated and used AI-driven tools to bring their innovative ideas to life. The exercise not only showcased the potential of AI but also demonstrated how accessible and impactful these technologies can be for startups.
