This week, I had the honor of delivering an AI keynote to the Textile Care Allied Trades Association in Austin, Texas, addressing an audience of 100 professionals dedicated to advancing innovation in the textile care industry.

During the session, we explored how AI is transforming the textile care sector, from streamlining supply chain operations to enhancing customer experiences. I shared practical examples of how predictive analytics and automation are helping businesses optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve efficiency—key priorities for an industry that thrives on precision and reliability.

We also discussed the role of AI in marketing and personalization. By leveraging data-driven insights, textile care companies can better understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that build loyalty and drive growth.

A key message I emphasized was the importance of aligning AI with the specific challenges and opportunities within the textile care industry. Successful adoption of AI is not about technology for its own sake but about creating strategies that deliver measurable impact and long-term value.

The engagement from the audience was fantastic, with thoughtful questions that demonstrated a genuine interest in leveraging AI to enhance their operations and services. It’s clear that the professionals in this space are ready to embrace innovation and position themselves for success in an evolving landscape.
