This week, Tom Edwards had the privilege of delivering multiple Generative AI workshops to an incredible group of consumer, retail, and agriculture executives in São Paulo, Brazil. It was an exciting opportunity to explore how generative AI is transforming industries and unlocking new possibilities for innovation and growth.

Throughout the workshops, we delved into the fundamentals of generative AI, showcasing how these tools can be used to enhance creativity, optimize operations, and deliver personalized experiences. From content generation and product ideation to process automation and data-driven decision-making, we explored actionable ways to integrate generative AI into each sector’s unique challenges.

A key focus was on tailored applications, such as crafting hyper-personalized customer journeys for retail, using AI to forecast demand and optimize supply chains in agriculture, and enabling dynamic branding and storytelling for consumer-focused initiatives. Hands-on activities allowed participants to engage directly with generative AI tools, sparking ideas and strategies that they could bring back to their organizations.

The discussions also emphasized responsible AI adoption, including data ethics, transparency, and aligning AI initiatives with business goals to ensure sustainable, long-term value.
