This week, I had the privilege of delivering an AI keynote to the North Dakota Telephone Association during the TOC Conference & Showcase. It was an exciting opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the telecommunications landscape.


During the session, we discussed how AI is driving innovation across key areas such as network optimization, predictive maintenance, and customer experience enhancement. By leveraging AI, telecom providers can improve operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and deliver more reliable services to their customers.
