This week, I had the privilege of speaking to a leading CPG company in Birmingham, Alabama, on the transformative potential of Agentic AI. It was an engaging and thought-provoking session where we explored how autonomous agents are redefining workflows and driving efficiency across the consumer packaged goods industry.

I began by providing an outside-in perspective, focusing on how Agentic AI is shaping industries beyond CPG and what lessons can be applied to this space. From personalized customer interactions to operational automation, the conversation centered on how specialized agents are becoming pivotal in enhancing productivity and delivering value.

A significant part of the discussion revolved around the mechanics of training AI agents to handle specific tasks and their evolution into specialized agents designed for targeted functions using microservice based agents like NVIDIA’s NIM and orchestration similar to NVIDIA blueprints. We explored how these agents can orchestrate complex workflows, creating seamless connections between data, processes, and outcomes.

We also examined the pathways for orchestrating workflows, highlighting how businesses can leverage Agentic AI to streamline operations, optimize decision-making, and improve scalability. By aligning AI capabilities with business objectives, companies can unlock efficiencies that were previously out of reach.
