Yesterday, I had the distinct pleasure of delivering the closing keynote for Keurig Dr Pepper’s Media Masters event in Dallas, TX. The audience was energetic and engaging. Our discussion centered on the transformation of the marketing function and included a GenAI activity to collaboratively design a new product as well as discuss various aspects of organizational enablement through AI and the behaviors that are driving the change.

During the hands-on exercise in our session, we analyzed synthetic category sales, value data, and the latest trends. This led us to conceptualize a new popcorn product for marketers in Dallas, Texas, and Burlington, Massachusetts. Collaborating with GPT-4o to brainstorm names, the crowd enthusiastically chose “Giggle Puffs.”
Here are two iterations of the Giggle Puffs logo. The prompts were as follows:

Prompt One (Name Selection) “we choose popcorn for our product fun flavors, kid friendly, fun colors, air popped.”
Prompt Two – “create a logo for giggle puffs using all of the previous attributes include purple, pink, yellows” – Version one of the logo output – Here is the logo for Giggle Puffs, featuring a playful and vibrant design with the colors purple, pink, and yellow. The logo includes fun elements and is designed to be cheerful and appealing to children and their parents.
Prompt Three – “create a version that is 80s themed” (Logo #2 – The designs incorporate vibrant, retro elements like neon lights, geometric shapes, and bold, playful fonts to evoke a nostalgic feel while maintaining a fun and kid-friendly appeal.)
As we progressed through the exercise, we developed packaging, a recipe, and in-store endcap concepts.
We had lot’s of laughs along the way!

When we transitioned to the marketing campaign, we quickly formulated a comprehensive omnichannel approach and created a mood board to inspire the campaign’s creative direction.

Finally, to push the envelope of what’s possible, we prompted to create a web-site, which it started as it normally does outlining the site structure and code, but this time also including a full concept for the homepage.

Finally, we created a full jingle and used Text to Audio platform UDIO to convert the text into a fully performed track.
Here is the full Giggle Puffs jingle we created in real-time.
Working with a live audience to co-create something new truly showcases the power of Generative AI. Discussing the concepts is one thing, but witnessing the real-time “aha” moments as we explore the possibilities is incredibly rewarding.
