This week at CES 2025, I had the opportunity to take the stage to share insights on the transformative power of artificial intelligence and its growing role in enterprise success at Keurig Dr Pepper. I was joined for the fireside chat portion by Dora Cortinas. Dora leads enterprise data, analytics, and AI at Keurig Dr. Pepper.
The central theme of the discussion was clear: ease and convenience is the ultimate driver for AI adoption, and this principle is reshaping how organizations define and execute their AI strategies.
I opened by emphasizing that the same expectations consumers have for seamless, intuitive AI experiences are now translating into the enterprise space. Whether it’s automating repetitive tasks, delivering actionable insights, or streamlining decision-making processes, enterprise AI must prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness to unlock its full potential.
Here is my opening setting the stage for the discussion and highlighting why ease and convenience.
Key highlights from the session included:
- Defining an AI Vision: Enterprises must establish a clear vision for AI that aligns with their strategic goals. This includes identifying key areas where AI can create impact and setting a roadmap for implementation.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: We stressed the importance of collaboration across departments. AI initiatives thrive when data, technology, and business teams work together to harness the full potential of intelligent systems.
- Scalability Through Simplicity: The conversation explored how AI ready data and simplifying AI solutions is essential for scalability. By creating intuitive and accessible tools, organizations can drive adoption across the enterprise.
- Value Created to Date: We shared examples of tangible value that Keurig Dr Pepper has already realized through AI, including operational efficiencies, enhanced customer experiences, and new revenue streams.
- The Future of AI: Wrapping up the discussion, Tom and Dora looked ahead to the future of AI, envisioning a world where intelligent systems seamlessly integrate into workflows, anticipate needs, and enable enterprises to innovate faster and more effectively. I will be posting a separate post on this topic.
This session was a reminder that while AI’s potential is vast, its success hinges on its ability to make life—and work—easier. By prioritizing ease and convenience, enterprises can not only accelerate adoption but also drive meaningful transformation and long-term value.
