This week, I had the opportunity to deliver a keynote on Agentic AI in Seattle, Washington, to a dynamic cross-industry audience. It was an inspiring experience to connect with professionals from diverse sectors as a part of an EY.AI event, all eager to understand how best to harness the power of agentic AI for their organizations.
In the keynote, I focused on the core principles and best practices for implementing agentic AI—AI systems designed to operate autonomously with purpose and adaptability. We explored how these systems can drive efficiency, enable proactive decision-making, and unlock entirely new opportunities across industries. From ethical considerations to practical integration strategies, the discussion underscored the importance of balancing innovation with responsibility.
Following the keynote, I had the privilege of leading multiple breakout sessions dedicated to developing actionable AI strategies. These smaller, focused groups allowed attendees to dive deeper into their specific challenges and goals, from enhancing customer experiences to streamlining operations and innovating new products. The conversations were engaging, collaborative, and rich with ideas for leveraging AI to create measurable impact.
What stood out most to me was the level of curiosity and openness in the room. Regardless of industry, the participants shared a common vision: to understand how agentic AI can not only transform their businesses but also create meaningful value for their customers and stakeholders.
